Today we learned about color and how it conveys messages. What stood out to me the most during the color lecture was that choosing color in an image is very important because colors convey different emotions. So while choosing colors, make sure to choose colors that your audience will respond to the way you want them to.
For the Color Pop assignment I chose the 3 primary colors, I thought the colors would really be eye catching. I also used 3 pictures, which I added a red outer glow effect on all 3 of them. The background color was yellow with blue and red paint splatters. In the middle I added a blue oval title with "Student Life" in yellow text. I added a subtle yellow outer glow around the blue oval. I did this to tie in all the images together.
